SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description

Midwest Homes & Restoration sends text messages (SMS) to customers and prospects who opt in. Messages may include:

  • Transactional: estimate confirmations, scheduling reminders, project updates, dispatch notifications, payment requests, warranty / follow-up communications.
  • Promotional: seasonal specials, storm-response availability, limited-time offers — only if you’ve opted into marketing messages.

How to Opt In

You opt in to receive text messages from us by any of the following:

  • Texting START to one of our numbers
  • Providing your phone number on a form on our website (e.g., the Request Estimate form) and checking the SMS-consent box
  • Verbally agreeing to receive texts when speaking with our team
  • Texting any of our numbers first, requesting service or follow-up

By doing any of the above, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from Midwest Homes & Restoration.

Message Frequency

Frequency varies by your relationship with us. Most contacts receive 1 to 10 messages per month. Active project customers may receive more during the project window. Frequency for promotional messages is no more than 4 per month unless you specifically request more frequent updates.

Pricing

Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier’s plan. Midwest Homes & Restoration does not charge a fee to receive our messages, but your carrier might.

Carriers

Supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After opting out, you’ll receive one final confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages from that program. Standard opt-out keywords (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) are all honored.

To re-subscribe, text START to our number.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. resident with a U.S. wireless number to opt in.

Privacy

Information you share with us by SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We use service providers (including GoHighLevel, our communications platform, and our SMS carriers) to deliver messages on our behalf.

Consent Is Not Required to Purchase

Agreeing to receive marketing text messages from Midwest Homes & Restoration is not a condition of purchasing any service from us. You can request, receive, or pay for our services without ever consenting to marketing texts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
